Microsoft OneDrive
Microsoft OneDrive is an online cloud service platform that stores files into the cloud which allows users to back up their files and access and edit/save them at any location. With your Roehampton log in, you are provided with 1TB of storage. You can use it as your personal storage for your work files. SharePoint should be used if you require others access to your files. Being in the cloud, you can access them from anywhere with an Internet connectivity and from either a desktop or laptop computer, or a smart phone.
Limitations
You cannot share a OneDrive file to an external user. It can only be shared to an internal user who has a staff or student Roehampton email.

To access this app please do the following.

Navigate to www.office.com

Click the Apps Launcher tile in the top left
- Click “All Apps”
