Automatic email forwarding from University mailboxes
It is no longer possible to set up automatic email forwarding from University mailboxes to external email addresses and automatic email forwarding between Roehampton email addresses.
This is for security reasons to protect the University network from a commonly used method of online phishing attack when an account has been compromised.
Please note: This will not prevent users from manually forwarding emails or using Out of Office. If you or a member of your team is leaving or taking extended absence, please set up an Out of Office requesting the sender emails another member of the team or shared account.
