Setting up the Freshservice mobile App
You can use the FreshService mobile App to log your requests and keep track of all your tickets. You can use the App to Report an Issue; Request a Service; check the progress on your logged issues & requested services and search Solutions for answers to your queries.
It is available for all Apple and Android mobile devices.

The first time you log in, you be asked for the ServiceDesk URL.
- Enter https://servicedesk.roehampton.ac.uk
- Login with your University email address and standard password
To use the App to report an issue
- Click on the blue button
- Then Report Issue
- Fill in the form (if reporting a problem in Halls of Residence accurate location details are essential)
- You can use the paperclip icon if you want to attach a photo or screenshot
